Dinner December 27th : Tora fugu (tiger blowfish) at Kiyomizu !

December 27th, I had dinner at kiyomizu, and I ate tiger blowfish (tora fugu), which is very poison if not cooked properly !. The home page of the restaurant is http://www11.ocn.ne.jp/~kiyomizu/. The menu is the following. It was extremely good!!

ばんごはんのメニュー

	くもことうふ - tofu style pudding.
	ぜんさい　- apetizers
	てっさ　fugu (blowfish)'s sashimi and fugu's skin
	ひれざけ　hiresake sake with blowfish's fin
	あじのさしみ　- sashimi of mackerel
	えびいもと　とこぶしのたきあわせ　- a type of potato with other ingredients cooked Japanese style.
	かすじる - soup with sake kasu.
	ふぐのしらこ　とても　おいし！！ー The shirako(soft roe)'s blowfish Very tasty.
	ふぐのからげ　おいしい！！- fried blowfish. Very tasty !!
	わぎゅうのすみびやき- grilled meat
	なまこのすのもの - fish marine
	えひとゆりねのてんぷら - vegetable tempura.
	たいめしと　みそしる　ー rice with snapper and miso soup.
	シャーベット　ー sorbet.

Dinner December 24th, Kiyomizu Matsuyama

I had dinner in Matsuyama at Kiyomizu. It was a shoudadou bento. Very Good, especially the duck meat was delicious !

Lunch Dicember 22nd, 2011

Today as well I had hamburger, rice and umeboshi, and coffee.
Tomorrow I’ll leave for Japan and I’ll meet Ayumi!!
